MARCH - 2006

• No refunds will be issued for "No Shows" - "DQ's" - or "WD's" within 30 days of the scheduled date of any event.
  
  
• No full or partial refunds will be issued for WD's prior to the 30 day deadline, only credit towards future scheduled events will be given.
  
  
• No refunds will be issued as a result of an “Act of God” event cancellation
  
  
• In a "special case" where a refund is approved and issued it will be subject to a $50.00 administrative and cancellation fee.
  
  
• FULL REFUNDS WILL ONLY BE ISSUED IF AN EVENT IS CANCELED AND NOT HELD AS SCHEDULED
