
The Inverrary Vacation Resort is situated on two of Florida's most famous golf courses, Inverrary East and West. These courses have hosted more than 15 PGA and LPGA events including the Tournament Players Championship, the Honda Classic, the Phar-Mor Classic and of course the Jackie Gleason Inverrary Classic.
Inverrary Country Club is where tradition and history lives on. The two impeccably maintained championship courses boast the best greens in the area. Robert Trent Jones, Sr. designed the courses in 1972. These historic courses area accentuated by the natural beauty of the South Florida terrain.
Inverrary has hosted 15 PGA/LPGA Tour events including the Jackie Gleason Inverrary Classic, The Inverrary Classic, The Honda Classic, the Tournaments Players Championship and the LPGA Phar-Mor Classic. Because of its reputation and storied past, the Club has hosted many celebrities, dignitaries including past Presidents of the United States. The legendary East course is the signature course where the professional tournaments were played. This is the course that the 2007 College Bound Golfers National Championship will be played for all four rounds. The East course is characterized by large expansive greens, multiple tees, and strategically placed bunkers and water. Its length from the championship tees boast over 7100 yards.
Jack Nicklaus won 3 Inverrary tournaments on the East Course and still holds the course record. This awesome layout will be the site of the 2007 College Bound Golfers National Championship. This field will have the top College Bound Golfers from around the country who have met the qualifying requirements and the first 72 players who register on line during this open registration period and are ready to "GET NOTICED" at this 4-day, 72 hole event!
