What a fun tournament! With a field of about 140 girls, both rounds took about 7 hours each hahaha...hard to get your tempo going, let me tell you that!!! Churchill placed second (YAY thats my girls!!!). Although I came in third as an individual, I couldn\'t be too thrilled. I felt like I left a lot of strokes out there... In the two days, I hit all my fairways, missed 5 greens total, but uhhh yaaaa my putting could use some work, for sure.

AJGA/Golfweek Ranked event. OK!!! SO!!! I was tied at the end of the two days for third place. I had to go to a sudden death play off, and let me tell you... THE ADRENALINE WAS PUMPING!!! Smashed a tee shot 250 down the pipe, stuck an approach shot 12 ft from the pin and sank my birdie put so I could get out of that cold, windy, rainy weather!!! Both days we had a 2 hour frost delay, and the course had a few par 4s that were a little over 400 yards!!! GOODNESS!!!

This was my first high school tournament for my senior year. There were about 15 teams attending, and 123 girls. I shot the second low round for the first day (+2 over par), and finished in 6th place.

Notes:
With greens rolling 13, extremely tight fairways and the heat index at 110 degrees, this course was extremely challenging. In general, the scores were much higher than most AJGA tournaments. Most would agree with me when I say that breaking 80 on this course was equivalent to being even par at any other course in town haha.
